A Bridge to a New Beginning

Puente means “bridge” in Spanish, and that’s precisely what we strive to be: a steady, supportive path between active addiction and independent, purpose-driven living.

We Have Walked The Same Path

Puente House was built with heart and was founded by individuals who have walked this path. Our founder didn’t set out to start a business; they set out to create a home where recovery is lived out loud, community is real, and accountability isn’t just a buzzword. Here, we blend structure and compassion, offering clear expectations and daily routines alongside encouragement, connection, and a sense of belonging.

Our program is rooted in the 12 steps, not just as a framework, but as a way of life. We help our residents explore personal growth, healing, and spiritual development through meetings, sponsorship, and community support. But we go beyond the steps, offering life skills workshops, job-readiness coaching, and support for reintegration into the real world. Because recovery doesn’t stop when you leave the house, it starts to get interesting.

Welcome to Puente House. Welcome Home.

We serve both men and women, with separate homes designed to meet the unique needs of each. Whether you’re seeking the strength of brotherhood or the safety of sisterhood, Puente House provides a space to heal, grow, and thrive.

Our homes are clean, safe, and substance-free, with curfews, responsibilities, and community standards that promote accountability and progress. But more than that, they’re filled with people who get it, because they’ve lived it.

We’re proud to be deeply rooted in the local community. From Covina to Glendora and the surrounding neighborhoods, we know this area and what it means to build a life here.

We connect our residents with local recovery meetings, job opportunities, and service projects so they can begin contributing to the community that’s helping them grow.

Puente House isn’t just a sober living home; it’s a place where transformation happens. Slowly, steadily, and with support. If you’re ready to take that next step, we will walk with you.
